Shipping policy

We want your coffee to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you’ll find information about how shipping works at Ezu’s Cup Coffee.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days on weekdays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping within Norway
For deliveries within Norway, shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• We ship with reliable carriers such as Posten/Bring.

Shipping within the EU
For deliveries within the European Union, shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Please note that local VAT rules may apply depending on the destination country.

International shipping (outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside Norway and the EU, delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on destination and shipping method.
• Estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 business days after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes according to the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method, and will always be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Order cancellation
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sara@ezuscupcoffee.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Undelivered or unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Please make sure your delivery details are correct and that the package is collected on time.
